Well, if "kicking off right" means getting the flu on the last 2 days of your European vacation, high-tailing it through Heathrow justintime to make the connecting flight, returning to Houston to a text message that neither of your bags made it, showing up to work Monday after 2 blessed weeks off realizing you lost your keycard AND forgot all 4 (yes, 4) passwords required to log in to your computer.
What? Sounds like a pretty stellar start of a new year to me.
Looking back on my last post from February, looks like there's a lot to catch up on. So, here's a few things that you probably didn't miss but i'll rehash them anyways:
1) New job at PwC
2) Completed the MS150! (See previous blog post)
3) Went to Montreal in April and Hawaii in July
4) Almost bought a house. Backed out. Phew. Good decision.
5) Went to Brussels and Paris
6) Started blogging again! (we'll see if it sticks...)
Well, that was enough to ease me back into the blog life. Tomorrow's post will likely work backwards. But don't count on it....
